My journey seamlessly blends a rigorous academic foundation with a rich tapestry of professional roles, showcasing my innate talent for designing and delivering training solutions that captivate and elevate. Renowned for optimizing organizational performance and technical policy, I boast a proven track record of success both as a graduate student and a dynamic leader.
My expertise in learning and development encompasses a spectrum of focal points—from needs analysis and instructional design to gamification, augmented reality, and virtual reality. Proficient in publishing software like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Adapt, Vyond, and Camtasia, I am driven by an insatiable passion to weave together a workforce through the synergy of business intelligence and technological innovation.
Honored as one of The Learning Guild's Thirty Under 30 aspiring learning leaders for Learning 2020, I have also shared my insights as a guest speaker and coach for the ATD chapter, solidifying my commitment to shaping the future of talent development.
Academically, I'm earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with a Post Doc in Instructional Design and Technology. My research and disseration focused on remote leadership and mental health. Additionally, I earned an Executive Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Global e-Learning, and a Master of Education in Educational Technology Leadership.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in globetrotting to destinations like Vail, CO, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Knoxville, and Miami. As a culinary enthusiast, I love experimenting with new recipes, with soul food reigning as my favorite. Giving back to the community through volunteerism is a cornerstone of my values. And, of course, catching the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Mavericks in action is a pastime that keeps me grounded.
